1. General provisions
This document is a public offer for the provision of digital informational services through the Tayna Chisel website. By paying for a digital product on the website, the User confirms that they have read and fully accepted the terms of this offer.

3. Subject of the offer
The Provider gives the User access to a digital PDF reading generated from the data entered by the User on the website. The reading is provided electronically through the “My PDFs” section and/or through a protected download flow on the website.
4. Informational nature of the product
The materials of the service are informational and entertainment-based. PDF readings are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or any other professional advice. The User makes their own decisions based on the information received.
5. Payment
The price of the digital product is shown on the website before payment. Payment is made online through connected payment services, including Robokassa and other available payment methods. The Provider’s obligation to provide the digital product arises after successful payment confirmation.
6. Receiving the digital product
After successful payment, the User receives access to download the PDF on the website. If the file was temporarily deleted as part of technical cleanup, the system may regenerate the PDF based on the saved calculation data.
7. Refunds
Since the digital product is generated individually based on the User’s data and is provided electronically after payment, refunds are possible in cases required by applicable law, as well as if the paid product was not provided to the User due to a technical issue and the Provider was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
8. Personal data processing
By submitting forms on the website and paying for a digital product, the User agrees to the Privacy Policy and gives consent to the processing of data required for calculation, payment, PDF delivery, access recovery, and support.
